Tight Security Measures in Ahwaz

Green Road Network (Jaras): Despite the fact that official pro-government rally has ended in Ahwaz, tight security measures remain in place.
According to Jaras reports, during the course of the Green movement demonstrations today in Ahwaz, the police resorted repeatedly to tear gas and pepper spray, and arrested some of the young protesters.
All the main streets and alleys leading to mains streets are under tight police and security control.
