Saeed Haeri, member of Committee of Human Rights Reporters, has been arrested on December 20th

Committee of Human Rights Reporters- Based on received reports, Saeed Haeri, member of Committee of Human Rights Reporters, has been arrested along with Shiva Nazar Ahari and Kouhyar Goodarzi on December 20th (Azar 29th).

Around 21:30 on Sunday December 20, a bus full of social activists and families of political prisoners that was going toward Qom for the burial of late Ayatollah Montazeri was stopped by security forces in Enqelab square. After 45 minutes of searching and confiscating passengers’ IDs and mobile phones, they have arrested 3 members of Committee of Human Rights Reporters along with Mahboubeh Abbasgholi Zadeh, women’s activist. Mahboubeh Abbasgholi Zadeh has been released with assurance at 19 on December 20th

Shiva Nazar Ahari, Kouhyar Goodarzi, Saeed Jalalifar, Saeed Kalanaki and Saeed Haeri are 5 members of Committee of Human Rights Reporters that are detained at the moment.
